Pushing buttons

It's a word frequently bandied about in business - almost as a panacea. But it's true that talent and hard work alone don't always see people through the tough times; either helping them recover their equilibrium more quickly, or fall less deeply into the mire.

Developing resilience begins by understanding what pushes our buttons - which experiences we are able to skip through lightly with hardly a hair out of place, versus those that cause us deep angst or generate a high body count (for us or others!) 

How we react to these moments and how our in-the-moment beliefs shape our responce, all help manage and control what happens next. It gives us choice.

We're working with a great team of high achievers to do just that...and we've noticed already what a difference just stopping and thinking for a few hours can do too...perhaps one day it'll catch on !!!
