How does January become April in the blink of an eye?
The arrival of Spring appears to have generated the desire to spring clean in some of our clients. We've just facilitated a serious of workshops and surgeries to help one client launch a new appraisal process for a cohort of people for whom this is an entirely new experience. We're supporting another through the challenges of M&A work - managing change, sustaining morale and business momentum whilst developing new strategy and planning organisational re-design.
We're working with another to coach and mentor a senior Director transitioning from a role they know and love to one that's brand new, unkown and high-profile...with a large audience watching and waiting for them!
At the same time we're developing a phase 2 management development programme for a client that will include training, action learning sets, coaching, mentoring and on-the-job observation.
Lots going on.
